What it sounds like, off the top of my head, is the biped object is set wrong, either on the armor form or the armor addon (aa). First, make a backup copy of the mod. Right-click > copy and paste somewhere else, just to be safe. WebOpen the application and browse to the directory where the "meshes" folder is located inside of "Animated Ears 1". Click "Optimize", wait until it's done, close it and now the mod is ready to play. To use this mod, you have to use the "showracemenu" console command.
