WebThe salesperson was pleasant, delivery was excellent and on time, and the living room furniture is beautiful. My Problem: Their 3-day return policy is unreasonable. I bought a $5,400 living room suite; and after two months of use, the leather is still hard and my buttocks hurt. I would have thought the leather would have softened up some by now.
